I know there were tors in MI as well so mods might want to add that to the states if someone has a report from there.

Chased central Oklahoma yesterday and made my way up north from OKC along I-35. Storms had formed to our southwest near Norman so we crossed to the east toward Cushing to intercept them as they traveled northeast. Once we made it through Cushing, we pushed down to Stroud while waiting for the hail core to pass slightly to the east before we could get into position and with a bit of luck for us the storm went tornado warned about that time. Followed it northeast along Highway 66 with poor visibility but finally pushed through the hook and was able to get visibility on it at Bristow. Ended up less than 1/8 of a mile when in formed near us so we got a front row seat to the tornado. I had my nephew with me and it was his first tornado ever, so that was special. Took junky phone pics, but streamed the whole thing live on YT. I'm on the board for 2026 after a couple of tougher days beforehand.

The tornado sirens went off in KC around 11:30pm. There was an EF-0 that existed for 9 minutes that traveled from Shawnee to just west of the Plaza. More here: For My Kansas City Readers

It was a QLCS tornado. Fox4KC has a nice time-lapse that shows the power flashes extending from left to right. When the "flash" lessens you can see a stovepipe type tornado.
