Dad and I observed a cone tornado near Sudan, TX. We were going east on a road trying to stay ahead of the wall cloud when I noticed debris on the ground behind me in the passenger mirror. We stopped got out and watched the tornado for awhile, videoing and taking pics.

It does appear this tornado had multiple vortices as well as evidence by the video and screen shot from one of the video.

Score Tornado #1 for us on Day 2! This was my Dad's first tornado ever at age 67.

Like Hannah I caught the Sudan/Enochs, Texas tornado. I can't think of many times before where I drove to my target and the storm produced just as I arrived so I was very happy with that. It was a slow moving cell so I stayed with it the rest of the night, numerous photos that I'll work up later, but here's one from the day that turned out ok. Great day!
