I figured I would add this day as it had amazing structure and a couple brief tornadoes. I am sure as always others have better photos and I will likely too once I review video but here is my day.
I was going to sit this day out but noticed the shear getting better around the Topeka area to 36 highway so decided to make the short drive to that area leaving KC around 3pm. I got on the storms west of Randolph and followed them to north of Saint Marys and called it a night around 9:30.
Here is some of the structure.
This is a shot of the reported tornado NW of Blaine. Drone confirmed this had circulation on the ground.
The structure continued to be amazing.
The storm continues to rotate and dropped a very brief tornado seen here.
There were many other tries at tornadoes as seen here.
This was the last possible tornado I saw near Onaga before calling the chase. Radar supported a tornado (seen below) but I could not be sure if this was one for sure maybe others can confirm.
