2014 Fall Foliage Tracking Photo Thread

in honor of past threads, I decided to start this years. things are in full bloom here in Colorado.

taken today right near the intersection of CO-125 and US-40 between Steamboat Springs and Kremmling.

I walked into the grove of aspen glens, using my Canon 7D and Rokinon 8mm looked straight up and snapped this shot.

Quite a difference right now between northern and southern CO. I keep hearing it is the best in a long time along and north of I-70, but there is virtually no color so far around Pagosa Springs. Hopefully that will change in the next couple weeks.

yes it is a drastic difference between North and South Colorado. I go to Alamosa quite a bit with my job and it's sparse at best down there, but Northern CO in the mountains is a busy beautiful place! I will have a few more pics later on when I get a chance to edit them and upload them.
