Between 3 and 4pm I chased a small supercell that developed ahead of a line in association with a pre-frontal trough in the Piedmont of NC. I approached the storm from the east, which gave me a great view of the updraft region as I was ahead of it (also it was easy to stay out of the rain and quarter to golf ball sized hail). There was a nice wall cloud visible and great inflow. Additionally at times there was visible rotation as well. I caught up with the storm on NC Highway 54 south of Mebane in Alamance County. The video is below:

Note: rotation visible between 10-40 seconds and again after 2 minutes. Between 10-40 seconds it helps to look at the left side of the wall cloud and the base. I also must apologize for the autofocus issues. I will be using manual next time for sure.
Below are some video cap stills (another issue is I forgot my SD card for the still as I had to hurry on this one).
The storm eventually moved to my north and northeast and I didn't have great road options to keep up. I also had to get back to work as I am an operational met for a private company.
