Epic rain fell over parts of NE IA and NW IL overnight. Information is still streaming in, but I'm hearing of precipitation totals well over 10" and up to 14" near Galena and Dubuque!

KDVN derived precipitation (the majority of that fell overnight even though the accumulation interval is 33 hours):
Unfortunately, the hardest hit area is currently getting more intense precipitation and HPC is forecasting another 1-2" in the same area today.
