Vacationning in Pattaya Thailand, watched a spectacular storm form in the hills and move offshore.... went on 55th floor outdoor terrace at Pattaya Park high tower.
mostly outflowish, but brief moments of rotation was seen when interacting with stronger seabreeze and outflow from another nearby shower. even saw a funnel.

Pattaya is a nice place to wait for storms... and having a bust ain't that bad here ;-)
