Very interesting event under way now in northern AZ and northwest NM - a squall line from around Chama, NM to Winslow, AZ, but it is snow. Radar reflectivity above 50 dbz, and quite a bit of CG lightning being detected in northwest NM. SPC even put out a MSD earlier this evening on this event, with nowcast of snow rates of 2 inches per hour. Wouldn't be surprised if it is even a bit higher than that, albeit for brief times as it is passing most locations rather quickly.
