Your use of the Stormtrack service signifies your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to be bound by the TOS, you may not access or otherwise use the service.

The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service furnished by this web site ("service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts ("content"). Content submitted express the views of their author only.

You agree to NOT use the service to submit or link to any content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any law.

All content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members. All content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any content that you consider to be private or confidential.

We reserve the rights to remove or modify any content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for content to be removed or modified will only be undertaken at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the service at any time.

You MUST complete the new user questionnaire during the registration process. We are aggressive about removing spammers, and reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts which appear suspicious and do not provide clear indication in the profile whether they are an actual weather enthusiast or not.

Stormtrack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Stormtrack website and the materials thereon for your personal use only, provided that you comply fully with this TOS. This agreement does not grant any perpetual right to use Stormtrack and any user may be removed for any reason at any time. If you are dissatisfied with this website, including any forum therein, your sole remedy is to cease use of the website or forum, as applicable.

By registering for a Stormtrack account, you agree to comply with the rules of conduct applicable to all forums on this website found here.

You retain copyright over all material submitted to Stormtrack. However you acknowledge that you are granting Stormtrack the unrestricted right to directly link to your content for the purpose of site promotion at no cost whatsoever to Stormtrack, any and all material you post to Stormtrack, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights embodied therein. This means that if your account is cancelled or terminated, we will not delete all your posts, though we may, at our discretion, allow a small number of individual posts to be deleted on a one-time basis.

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of and participation in any forum on this website.
