The paper on the Extended' Range Tornado Actity Forecast (ERTAF) project by Gensini/Barrett/Allen/Gold/Sirvatka has been published.

The manuscript documents their forecasting efforts, provides verification statistics, and shares the challenges and lessons learned from predicting tornado activity on the subseasonal time scale.

Will ERTAF be continued in 2020? The site hasn't been updated yet this year.

I haven't heard otherwise - their first forecast has always come in early March.
