Realtime chase info/images: Event or Reports thread?

I've been posting real-time updates from the field with images in Event threads that aren't intended to be chase "reports". The hope is to try to help ST be a place to see realtime imagery and info from the field as opposed to social media.

I'm OK with starting a reports thread for these if that's more appropriate per the forum rules. I'll go along with whatever the mods/owner and everyone else decides is best.

Hi Dan, I posted something in the 5/18 Events thread about this, noting that field updates that are more in the nature of nowcasting and that don’t rise to the level of full “historical” reports should be in the Events thread. You’ll see that I moved one or two of your posts to Reports but left one or two others in Events.
