Likely, it'd be best to re-direct the person to the relevant part of the Stormtrack website. E.g., a bug report could go to Technical issues , or a question about rules could go to Forum Rules . There is a general Contact Us form at https://stormtrack.org/misc/contact .
I don't think it was a question about the site, but i'm not going into details, I could however re-direct them to the right person. but I figured I'd send the CEO a PM to see what he wants me to do for him
