If the 6-9 hr RUC I just looked at verifies, there may *very* well be some nice supercells between Dalhart and Amarillo late this afternoon. Between 4 and 7 pm the 15z solution develops > 2500 J/kg CAPE and helicities ~ 300 m^2/s^2 in the NW TX Panhandle. Deep-layer shear looks like it may be sufficient, and with a sfc boundary in the area for initiation, it may be worth a gander.
