Convection rolling through MB at the moment has launched an OFB clearly seen on YPG radar as well as SQ in YPG surface ob. Tail end of this boundary appears to be in north-central ND. Serious mosture is pooling along the int'l border in vicinity of ND/MN/MB junction. Hallock, MN dew at 79 with several other stations in the area reporting upper 70's dews. Some of this may be ET as area got drenched last night. SPC meso graphics show extreme SB instability in place including subsubstantial low level CAPE. Appears some decent bulk shear is moving into the area of interest. Visible satellite is getting bubbly along the tail end of decaying MCS in MB extreme northern ND. I'm thinking a repeat of yesterday's action is possible later this afternoon and evening. Hopefully more so in ND as I-29 int'l border x-ing is busy this time of year on the weekends. Current thinking is cells will pop in southern MB and north central ND this afternoon and then move east or east/southeast along the boundary. Perhaps another isolated tornado is in the works.
