John, location services are not the issue as RadarScope finds my location without issue. Under the SpotterNetwork account login within RadarScope it has "This account cannot report location". I've tried uninstalling and re-installing as well but the issue persists.
Hi All, ok, as you can see I think we finally have this resolved. The location RS was using to check for whether accounts were verified or not had been changed. This is what was causing both the 403 errors and the 'you don't have reporting rights' errors in RS. Thanks for your patience on this, it took a lot more information to figure out what the real issue is but now as you can see we have it resolved.
