Hey everyone,

In RadarScope I'm still unable to report location. I've tried sign-in/out as well as uninstalled/re-installed without success. Training is passed as showing on my account.

Thanks!

John, location services are not the issue as RadarScope finds my location without issue. Under the SpotterNetwork account login within RadarScope it has "This account cannot report location". I've tried uninstalling and re-installing as well but the issue persists.

Hey Kyle,

I believe I was having the same issue as you. Please see the thread below. This began working for me today, but only after tapping "Try Again" (this had failed in the past, but worked today).

I'm just guessing this was some sort of permissions propagation issue. Once that was resolved, RadarScope just needed "refreshing" via the Try Again option.

Thanks for replying. I just logged in and same here. It’s working! I’d agree with you that something wasn’t synced up or something. Thanks for the heads up!

Hi All, ok, as you can see I think we finally have this resolved. The location RS was using to check for whether accounts were verified or not had been changed. This is what was causing both the 403 errors and the 'you don't have reporting rights' errors in RS. Thanks for your patience on this, it took a lot more information to figure out what the real issue is but now as you can see we have it resolved.
