Spotter network training...

Sorry for the frivolous post. If this is a common bug, I apologize for taking up forum space.
Anyways, I completed the training and passed, but the spotter network page still shows me as having not completed the training (This is, funny enough, the 3rd training I've taken on different sites. 2 of which were skywarn).
Is this because my training has to be individually reviewed? Or is it some bug with the site?
Thank you again.

Dan

I'm having the same issue. I was assuming it would just take a while for the database to update. Does your profile show you as completed the training yet?

I’m probably wrong but I swear last summer someone had this issue and logging out and back in to the SN.org site fixed it.

Hey guys. Thanks for the responses and the past instances of this followed by their resolution.
Unfortunately, the problem persists.
I already have a Skywarn ID assigned (AAN16) And I'm a licensed HAM (KB3SEI), but I was hoping to incorporate spotter network as well. This kind of exploded out of nowhere for me. So I've been rushing to catch up. Doesn't help that I was out of the country for the better part of the last decade.

Hi All,
Sorry, this is a known issue we're working on. We moved some databases around this past week and are still working on connecting everything back together. This is normally the quiet time of year for sign-ups, so we hope to have it back working shortly! I'll post back in here when we have it fixed... It should only be a couple days.

Sounds good!
Yeah my company is in a freeze as well due to the holidays going on, so I know how that can be when it comes to doing database management. I honestly should have taken that into account when I made the thread tbh. Anyways, you guys are doing good work and I look forward to being able to use it as time goes on.

Can you please take a look now and see if your score is in your profile? In my testing account, it appears we have the data moving now.

Unfortunately it's still the same.
Tossed in a history of scores though. I admit I jumped the gun on the first quiz, then went back and looked over the course properly, then redid it.

Did you use the same email address for the training course as your SN login? That is how the information syncs between the two accounts. I see in SN you are using a hotmail address.

Near as I can tell I am using the same email across both databases. I just logged into the training and spotter network and pulled the default information. Here's a screenshot of both of them

Hi Dan,
I'm referring to your main account page on Spotter Network. https://www.spotternetwork.org/account/

At the bottom right it says what your score is in our database. That should represent the last score you got taking the test. If you logged in to any apps before taking the test you will need to log out and back in again for it to re-check your status for ability to report.

Still nothing.
I thought I might have logged into Pykle some time 7 or so months ago, but that wasn't it.
No score shows which is the root issue I'm having.
I've logged out and logged in multiple times on both training and the main page, plus I checked to make sure I wasn't logged in anywhere else in my network (about 4 computers and 3 tablet devices) nothing. I'm not logged into the network from an app as far as I can tell, and I'm not logged in through a 3rd party device either....

I'm utterly lost at this point. Nothing seems to be fixed.

Hi Dan,
We believe we have found the issue with your account and it should be ready to go. There were several things going on so apologies for all of the back and forth. The database is now showing your 100% score.

Thanks,
John

My account now shows the test score of 100%. Thanks!

I tried logging into RadarScope (iPhone) but it says account cannot share location. Am I doing something wrong?

Account is setup, training is current, filled out my contact info on spotter network page. Still no go.
I did get this email back from RadarScope support:

Thank you for contacting us regarding RadarScope! It looks like your Spotter Network account does not have reporting privileges. You'll have to login to your Spotter Network account to get that setup at:
http://www.spotternetwork.org/

I just can’t figure out what isn’t set up.

Hi Mike,
It appears that your account has reporting privileges, you received a 100 on your last test attempt. You will need to log out of your account and back in if you attempted to log in before you completed the necessary information.

I’ve logged in & out of web browsers and RadarScope. I even deleted the RadarScope app and started from scratch. No change.

I'm in the same spot as well; Training is passed as showing on my account. Unable to report in RadarScope. Uninstalled/re-installed without success.
