remote live stream cameres

does anyone have plans for a remote live stream camera that can be located inside a pelican case to live stream in cains i know some do it but cant find any plans on how to build one also im needing to build 5 of them

even if you have a photo of the outside and inside that would help alot

rain water those two don't mix well with 140 mph winds and water penetrating into the camera housing
