How often can you report your Location automatically in your own app?

I am very familar with how spotternetwork API works.
Is there any updates on how often can you report your location?

I have spotternetwork auto report location. I want to make sure to update to what is currently allowed amount in the timer.

Our standard reporting interval is 2 minutes.
